Dream it, wish it, do it!
About 20 years ago, we, Hans and Petra, started dreaming of a place in a beautiful, warm country. A place where we could enjoy the sunny southern life together with lovely guests. That dream has come true. From an abandoned ruin, we realized Casa Bosco. A magical place in the Apennines, where we have had the privilege of welcoming guests for ten seasons. We will continue to do so through September 2026. We had agreed beforehand to pass the baton after ten seasons, and as of 2027, that moment has arrived.
As of 2027, Bénédicta and Ton are the new owners of Casa Bosco. For them, it is not just any step: “Casa Bosco is a place that touches you immediately: the tranquility, the view, the space, the atmosphere, and of course, the beautiful Italian life.” Their wish is simple: that Casa Bosco remains a place where guests unwind, where they enjoy the wonderful surroundings, nature, delicious food, beautiful villages and towns, and beautiful conversations; silence when sought; and a welcoming atmosphere where nothing is required and a lot is possible. They hope to meet you personally at Casa Bosco starting in 2027!
Hans (Bos) was born and raised in a village just outside Rotterdam. After his training at the Royal Military Academy (KMA) in Breda, he served in the Air Force for 7 years. In 1986, he transitioned to the corporate sector, holding HR and management positions. In 2000, he chose the interim profession. Since 2003, he has been co-owner of AIM4, a network organization of and for independent interim professionals. Additionally, since 2017, he has been realizing his Italian dream: Casa Bosco!
Petra (van de Logt) was born and raised in Almelo and the surrounding area. After completing her studies in Social Work, she worked as a secretary at various healthcare organizations. She concluded her career at the hospital in Winterswijk and has since then been working full-time and with great pleasure at Casa Bosco!
Bénédicta (van Wijk) was born and raised in Benin and moved to the Netherlands at the age of 18. After various ventures, she spent years creating a place with Galerie Bonaventura in Bennekom where art, meeting, and inspiration come together. She has a great sense of atmosphere, beauty, and detail. She brings this to Casa Bosco: in the way guests are welcomed, in the attention to atmosphere, and in the small things that make a stay personal and special.
Ton (François) was born and raised in Eindhoven. He is an entrepreneur and organizer, someone who likes to ensure everything runs smoothly, but above all, someone who loves people, hospitality, and creating a pleasant environment. Additionally, he is a passionate gastronome.
Together, Bénédicta and Ton look forward to continuing Casa Bosco and ensuring that guests feel welcome, relaxed, and at home.
